He was predeceased by: his wife Isabel Lewis. He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Dolan (Jim); his grandchildren, Jason (Kelly), James (Adrienne), Theresa (Joe), Melissa (Andrew), Colleen (Steve) and Courtney (Michael); his daughter Kristie Lease; his grandchildren, Parker, Sydney and Jenna; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Charlotte, Elliot, Ava, Corinne, Tatum, Jessica, Gianna and Caileigh; and his great great grandchild GiaNova. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
