He was predeceased by: his father Francis J. Underwood. He is survived by: his mother Florence R. Underwood (Rodgers); his siblings, Rose Underwood, Frances Underwood, Catherine Underwood, Claire Corliss, Joseph Underwood and William (Ella Underwood); his nieces, Laura John and Chelsea Ami; and his great-nephews, Ian and Colin.
