He was predeceased by: his father Eric M. Locker. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Locker; his children, Wendy Locker Thompson and Keith R. Locker, Jr. (Jennifer); his grandsons, Justin Locker, Dylan Bartley and Joseph Bartley; his mother Ethel H. Locker; his brother Eric M. Locker; his siblings-in-law, Harry, Lisa Ridgeway and Steven Allegra (John); and his close friend Bobby "Flounder" Williams.
