He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Battersby and Margaret Battersby; and his brother Timothy Battersby. He is survived by: his wife Robin Lynn Battersby; his children, Joseph L. Battersby (Tiffany) and Kaylee L. Battersby; his stepchildren, Adam Delmar, Ian Delmar and Allisha Plotcher (Ryan); his grandchildren, Blake L. Battersby, Reed Plotcher and Lennon Plotcher; his brother James Battersby; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Hamer, Emma Battersby, Jake Battersby and Nicky Battersby.
