We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2023, at the age of 79, Joseph C. DiBella (Gloucester City, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank and Felicia; and his siblings, Gina Verno (Anthony), Louis DiBella and Lena Barbetta (Gus). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
