He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Richard and Margaret Ann Rutan (Styne). He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Rutan (Sooy); his children, Nicole Rutan and John H. Rutan (Catherine); and his grandchildren, Marissa, Nathan, Tonya, Kayla and Amanda. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
