He was predeceased by: his sister Toni Marie Rago. He is survived by: his son Tyler White; his parents, Richard D'Adamo and Jacqueline D'Adamo; and his siblings, Richard D'Adamo (Catherine) and Joy Lynn D'Adamo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
