He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Ann McKenna; and his parents, Charles W. McKenna Sr. and Edna Mae McKenna. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Ann Marie "Amy" Bescherer (Rudolph, Jr.) and Allison B. Mankoski (Mark); his grandson Mark S. Mankoski, Jr.; and his sister Anita Wheeler (late Kendall).
