He was predeceased by: his wife Gertrude C. Gallagher; his daughter Linda Gallagher; his parents, Frances Zoble Gallagher and Joseph Gallagher; and his brother Joseph Gallagher.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Gallagher, Jr, William Gallagher (Deana), Debbie Saxenmeyer (Jack) and Patti Rodio Beloved (Wolf Echevarria); his grandchildren, Billy, Kelly, Kim, Jackie, Jessica, Erin, Randy, Beau, Leah, Kyle, Dean and David; his great grandchildren, Danyelle, Jeremy, Bailey, Dalton, Bella, Jade, Beau, Brooks, Jack, Ashley and Mia; and his siblings, Robert Gallagher, David Gallagher (Rosalie), Elizabeth Hass, Dean Gallagher (Marcee), Peter Gallagher (Lynn) and Cora DiSimone.
