He was predeceased by: his parents, Santiago Philippines (Gloria) and Laguna Philippines; his wife Rita Maranan Exconde; his son Santiago "Boogie"; and his brother Cesar.

He is survived by: his pet Mahjong; his children, Cerille Exconde Sr. (Joanne Le), Ritzcel Smith (Robert III), Celso Exconde Jr. Lolo of Tatyanna, Dexter, Joyce, Lolo of Tristen, Ada, Romeo, Matteo and Lorenzo; and his siblings, Gernan Exconde (Lorna) and Aurora Sarmiento. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
