Kotter of Gloucester City, New Jersey, born in Paulsboro, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 90, on February 21, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Max and Ida; his daughter Kelly; and his siblings, Katherine, Geraldine, Donald, Edward and William.
He is survived by: his significant other Lynne C. Kotter; his brother Robert; and his stepson Bill Breiner. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; a great-grandson and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the McCann-Healey Funeral Home (851 Monmouth St, Gloucester City, NJ 08030). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery (240 N Tuckahoe Rd, Williamstown, NJ 08094).
