She is survived by: her children, Edward, Lori Glaze, Roxann, James Thomas, John, Kate Evridge, Mom, Stephanie, Lauren, Kevin Glaze, Noah, Faith, Hope Evridge and Owen Thomas; and her sisters, Linda Cruise, Alice Max, Ellen Hartzog, Mary Banach and Patience Williams. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
