He was predeceased by: his wife Rita M. Rutkowski; his daughter Victoria Marie Dalton; and his brother William Rutkowski. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew J. Rutkowski, Karl F. Rutkowski and Robert L. Rutkowski; his son-in-law Sean Dalton; and his brother Michael Rutkowski (Carolyn). He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
