He was predeceased by: his daughter Leah Burley; his brothers-in-law, Edward Eisinger, III and Daniel Eisinger; and his in-laws, Ed and Mickey Eisinger.
He is survived by: his spouse Cherylann "Sherry" Burley; his children, Haley Gorman, Heather Burley and Lindsay DeStefano; his grandchildren, Chris Burley, Alex Burley, Chase Flynn and Gianna DeStefano; his great grandchild Milani Burley; and his siblings-in-law, John Williams, Bobby Eisinger, Joe Eisinger, Walt Eisinger, Deziree Madden and Diedree Stetser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
