She is survived by: her children, Susan Hackett (Bill) and Steve Scullion; and her grandchildren, Billy, Kaitlyn Hackett, Michael and Robert Meyer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in a charity of the donor's choice in Carol's name.
