He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Peter and Adeline Frank; his daughter Marybeth Pettenati [John]; and his brothers, Joseph and Dr. Peter.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Carole Frank [Kennelly]; his son Paul Frank [Donna]; his sister Dolores Lillo; his grandsons, John Pettenati [Kim], Michael Pettenati, Luke Pettenati and Elias Frank; and his great grandchild John-Paul Pettenati.
