He is survived by: his parents, Isidore Hittman (Irving) and Anna Hittman (Finkler); his children, Ian Hittman (Stacy) of Chestnut Ridge and Carolyn Settlow (Robert) of Glen Rock; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Rachel, Aaron Hittman, Nicole, Amanda and Evan Settlow; his brother Barry Hittman of Woodhaven; and also Joann.

Donations can be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or the Glen Rock Jewish Center.
