She was predeceased by: her father Jason Collins; her grandparents, Charles, Claire Audet, John and Reet McCullough; her aunt Debra Audet; and her grandfather Michael Steven Condrack.
She is survived by: her mother Jennifer Yantis; her adoptive parents, Suzanne McCullough and Mark McCullough; her brother Brian; and her pet Zoey. She is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Camp Nejeda (https://campnejeda.networkforgood.com) in Stillwater, NJ, a camp for children with Type 1 diabetes where Roxie spent summers as both a camper and counselor-in-training, or to LiveOnNY, a non-profit organization responsible for the facilitation of organ and tissue donation in the greater New York area.
