Ventura (Joseph) of Hawthorne, Jane Hiza (Frank) of Southfield, MA and Lawrence White (late Marcelline); and his siblings, Barbara Brammer of South Bend, IN, Richard Flack of Indianapolis, IN, Joseph Flack and Phillip Flack.
