He is survived by: his wife Jane Kerbeck; his daughter Kim Covey (Michael Merchant) of Chappaqua, NY; his daughter-in-law Jill Covey of Jackson, NJ; his grandchildren, Jenna, Jeffrey and Richard; and his pet Loden.
Throughout his illustrious career as a Trust & Estates attorney, Dick made significant contributions to the legal community.
