He was predeceased by: his father Oliver A. Newton, Sr. (Edna Dangler). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his daughter Martha; and his siblings, Elaine N. Dunn of Neptune, NJ. and Conwell of Los Angeles, CA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews.

The family would be honored by contributions to Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY in Oliver's memory.
