He is survived by: his wife Dr. Cynthia Tenicki; his children, Peter, Christopher and Samantha Hole (Nathan); his grandsons, Jonathan and Colin Hole; his sisters, Nancy Kremsreiter (Raymond) and Roberta Swatek; and his nieces, Amanda Lee and Alyssa Johnsen.
