He was predeceased by: his parents, Loretta O'Neil and John O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Nelda; and his children, Tara, John (Amy) and Paulette (Konstantin).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Colonial Home (13-31 Saddle River Rd, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 10:30 AM and on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the St. Anne's Church (15-05 St Anne St, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410). A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Columbia Gardens Cemetery (3411 Arlington Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201).
