With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne M. Fortescue of Glen Rock, New Jersey, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on October 13, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Malvey and Julia Malvey; and her siblings, Richard, James Malvey, Virginia Malvey and Mary McDonagh.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Trahan (Robert) of Glen Rock, NJ, Michael Fortescue (Lori) of Waldwick, NJ and Maura Devine (Brian) of Broomfield, CO; her grandchildren, Brendan, Kathleen Trahan, Liam, Gavin Fortescue, Eamon and Ashlynn Devine; her siblings, Kathleen Foley (Robert), Julia Slaney, Thomas Malvey (Noreen) and Kevin Malvey; and her sister-in-law Eleanor Malvey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
