She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Hettiarachchi and Agnus Hettiarachchi; and her husband Noel Christopher Ondaatjie. She is survived by: her children, Manjula Ondaatjie and Gayan Ondaatjie; her children-in-law, Sajeevan Jayasinghe and Aparna Ondaatjie; her grandchildren, Rushini Jayasinghe, Aviana Ondaatjie and Evan Ondaatjie; and her siblings, Carl Hettiarachchi, Pascal Hettiarachchi and Dorathy Jayasinghe. She is also survived by her family, her grandkids, her friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the O'Boyle Funeral Home (309 Broad St, Bloomfield, NJ 07003).
