She was predeceased by: her husband Julian; and her siblings, Wladislaw Waszak, Czeslawa Pel, Marianna Staszak, Jozef Waszak, Felix Waszak, Sophie Gavin, John Waszak and Kazimiera Thiemann.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dianne S. Lennox (John), Deborah C. Streeter (Gene) and Danielle T. Jadkowski; and her grandchildren, Julia and Daniel Streeter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Valentine Church, Alzheimer's Association, or a local animal rescue of your choice would be appreciated.
