He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Walter and Janet Walter; and his son-in-law Stacey Foster. He is survived by: his wife Angel Walter; and his children, Lynn Garbers, Ruth Foster, Janet Stuck, Arthur M. Walter, Jr., Daniel Walter and Cheryl Costa. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
