She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Kelly and Grace Kelly; her son Paul S. Mittleman; and her former husband Lee Mittleman. She is survived by: her sons, Steven and Seth Mittleman; and her grandson Stephen J. Mittleman.

Though flowers are bright and beautiful, Barbara's family would prefer donations be made to Common Sense for Animals, 2420 Route 57, Stewartsville NJ, 08886 in honor of her love for animals.
