He is survived by: his children, Laurie Ann Starkey, Christopher and Kenneth Starkey; his grandchildren, Robert, Anderson, Gabriella and Audra Starkey; his sister Lydia; his brother-in-law Edward Wagus; his brothers, David and Thomas Starkey; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Pillo and Dominic Balsama. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
