She is survived by: her husband Alan P. Chudy; her children, Jeff Tisa (Jenn), Michael Chudy (Valerie), Cristina Ward (Scott), Amanda Velasquez (Steve), Ethan Chudy (Amanda) and Robert Wilson; and her sister Nancy Horn. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
