He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine Rose Guinta; his daughters, Kathleen and Maryann; and his brother Joseph Duca. He is survived by: his children, Diane Larzelere (Richard), JoAnne Carothers (John), Mark Duca (Melanie), James Flamma and Lisa DeMedio; his grandchildren, Andrew, Kelsey Larzelere, Dayna Carothers (Heather Kilichowski), Tara Cox (William), John Carothers III (Kelly), Eric Duca (Megan) and Kristie Doughty (Brian); and his siblings, Rose Novotny, Josephine Kappra, Charles Duca, Madeline Gentile, Viola Arrivello and Cathy Vicere. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
