Flaherty (Terry), Camille Banks (Thomas) and Dawn Flaherty-Faldetta (Joseph); his grandchildren, Thomas (Denise), Matthew, Brandon (Michaela), Ashley (Christopher), Joseph (Gianna), Blaine (Sol), Summer, Rayna, Sophia and Isabella; his great grandchildren, Paige, Eli, Stella, Oliver, Noah and Ethan; and his siblings, John (Maryann), Rosemary, Theadora, Emma, Francis (late Madeline), Philamena (Robert), Billy, Leo (Sharon) and Margaret (late Richard).
In lieu of flowers, the family request no flowers be sent and that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://stjude.org) "A Life Well Lived Is Worth Remembering".
