He was predeceased by: his former wife Sarah Munyon; and his son Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Isabelle; his children, John III (Christina) and Pamela Lilley (Robert); and his brother Ken Chew. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Jack's honor to the Woodbridge Kart Club Scholarship Fund.
