He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Mildred Parks; and his brother Walter Parks. He is survived by: his children, Karen Turner (William), Keith Parks (Nancy), Doris O'Neill (Michael) and Shawn Parks (Amanda). He is also survived by co-workers who became very special friends.
