He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis D. Hamson and Lulu C. Hamson (Nellett); his children, Leslie C. Hamson and Susan Grace Hamson; and his sisters, Elizabeth L. Lucas, Adeline S. Carns and Grace Helmer.
He is survived by: his daughter Irene C. Miller; his sister Evelyn F; and his close friend Bonnie "Dot" Dreier of Manchester, NJ.. He is also survived by three grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
