Arthur C. Payne Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2024, at the age of 89, Arthur C. Payne of Glassboro, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Robert J. Payne; and his siblings, Katherine Doyle, David Payne, Russel Streaker and Virginia "Sissy" Hirschmiller.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Payne; his children, James A. Payne (Marion), Mary Romano (late Rocco), Scott T. Payne, Betty Furphy (Patrick) and David C. Payne; and his sister Margaret Ward. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in lieu flowers may be made in Arthur's Memory to the Tunnel's to Towers Foundation.
