He is survived by: his spouse Jeanne; his children, Caitlin Feldman (Shane) and Thomas Fagely (Chelsea); his grandchild Declan; and his siblings, Janice Cox (Wayne) and Joyce Lidinsky.

“As so many of us know, when the Fagelys take you in, you’re family for life. When my sister met Tommy, the Fagelys didn’t just stop at Chels. We all became family, partying at St. Mike’s, spending holidays together, and summer nights eating crabs together. Big Tom was cool, classy, funny, warm, generous, and kind. I know Declan will grow up and carry on all those amazing traits from his Grandfather. To Cait Tommy Jeannie Jan Britt Chelsea Declan Shane AJ Molly and everyone out there who was fortunate enough to know and love Big Tom, my heart goes out to you.
