He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Nicholas Tassi and Amanda Galanti; and his siblings, Tarsilla, Josephine, Christopher and Henry Tassi.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Tassi; his children, Howard (Chip), Guy Tassi (Patricia), Louis Tassi (Nancy) and Dean Tassi (Darlene); his grandchildren, Joshua Ayars (Tiphiny), Milena Marr (Michael), Louis Anthony Tassi (Erika), Francis Tassi and Natalie Tassi; his sister Lola Bunomo; and his daughter-in-law Yolaine Ayars. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
