She is survived by: her children, Dawn, Dan, Michele Tallman of Franklinville, Wanda Kauffman and Joe Kauffman of Mantua; her granddaughters, Krystal, Sarah and Her; her pet Chloe; her brothers, Thomas Polk, Shirley Polk of Annapolis, MD and Frank Polk of Elmer; her nephew Mike; and her pets, Breeze and Mitt.
