He is survived by: his daughter Holly Bay Forsman; his grandchildren, Gregory C. Forsman Jr. and Jennifer N. Forsman; his great grandchildren, Sierra L. of Phoenix, AZ., Bella R. of Phoenix, AZ., Orion of Phoenix, AZ. and Jameson "Punk" Forsman of Phoenix, AZ.; and his siblings, Wanda Reese of California and Willis Bay of Paulsboro. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
