She was predeceased by: her husband Milos Cyril Simek; and her brothers, Edwin Montgomery and Eugene Montgomery. She is survived by: her children, Barbara, Tom O'Byrne of Park City, UT, Nancy, Jeff Lane of Flemington, NJ, David and Claire Simek of West Islip, NY; and her grandchildren, Melissa, Lesley, Gregory, Kimberly and Chelsea. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in celebration of Mrs. Simek's life to St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Woodbury, the Alzheimer's Association, Delaware Valley Chapter, or Multiple Sclerosis Society.
