With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gustavo R. Egizi Jr. of Gibbsboro, New Jersey, born in Erial, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2025. He was predeceased by: his children, Gino V. Egizi and Janine G. Mull; and his grandchildren, Renee Gina Coelho, Joey Mull and Michael Pascu.
He is survived by: his wife Judy M. Egizi; his children, Michele Simpkins (Bill), Debi Rutledge (Rick), Gus Egizi (Esther), Sue DiSylvestro (Anthony) and Bruno Egizi (Michelle); his stepchildren, Nicole Brocious, Jennifer Regn (Keith) and Tom Wilson (Brea); his sister Clara Broglio; his grandchildren, Michael DeRose (Kim), Matthew DeRose (Jess), Robert DeRose (Ashley), Aaron Rutledge, Stephen Rutledge (Colleen), Brian Rutledge (Susie), Nina Goss (Chip), Ronnie Mull (Deb), Joyce Masters (Sean), Madison Egizi (Nick) and Bruno Egizi (Michelle); and his pet Maggie Mae. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Carnesale Funeral Home (202 S 3rd St, Hammonton, NJ 08037). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Greenmount Cemetery (124 S 1st Rd, Hammonton, NJ 08037).
