He is survived by: his wife Esther; his daughters, Elaine and Kimberly; his grandchildren, Timothy, Taylor and Morgan; his stepchildren, Phia, Stephen, Maria, Ralph and Anne; and his stepgrandchildren, James, Hannah, Tessa, Drew, Patrick, Kelli and Stephen.
