She was predeceased by: her husband Garwood Chief of Police; her parents, Mary and John Wissel; and her brother Bob. She is survived by: her children, Donna Lynn Opie, Patty Opie and Richard James Opie; and her sister Claire Kline. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
