Lowe (Garwood, New Jersey), born in Easton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen (Illick) and Norman Sterner, Sr.; her husband Richard Lowe; and her siblings, Norman Sterner, Jr. and Frances Trach.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Wolfram of Voorhees, NJ, Richard D. Lowe (Suzanne) of Cocoa, FL, Helen Watkins (Aaron), Jon Lowe (Rebekah) of Franklin, TN, Julieann Ziegenfuss (Charles) of Wartburg, TN and Scott Lowe (Gina) of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
