She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Bajek and Ewa Bajek (Puzio); and her siblings, Antoni, Wladyslaw, Jozef and Maria.
She is survived by: her husband Adam Szewczyk; her children, Miroslaw (Zofia Szewczyk), Elzbieta (Stanislaw Zagula), Bozena (Zbigniew Frankowski), Boguslaw Szewczyk and Grazyna Kasica; and her siblings, Anna Tokarz and Adam Bajek. She is also survived by grandchildren, and her 13 cherished great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested Mass Intentions in Weronika's name.
