It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Anthony Foster of Garfield, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on June 21, 2020, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Foster. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Foster (Diane) and Tarec Foster; his niece Christina; and his nephew Matthew.
