She was predeceased by: her parents, Loretta Huff and Henry Clay Fortson. She is survived by: her husband Jerome Green; her daughter Ebony Shavonne Green; her brother Benny Fortson; her grandchildren, Chase, Madison and Koby; her great grandchild Cartier; and her nieces, Princess, Tiffany and Angie. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Rest Cemetery (15 Kakeout Rd, Butler, NJ 07405). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Congregational Church of God (1889 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY 10032).
