She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Forbes; her child Casey; and her brother John. She is survived by: her children, Sarah "Sally" Mohrle, Scott Forbes (Robyn) and Todd Forbes; her siblings, Marie, Judy, Agnes, Elenor, Patrick, George, Cassie, Margaret and Barney; her grandchildren, Dayna, Grover, Barbara Jean and Jacklyn; her great grandchildren, Dominick, Eric, Ashley, Rachael, Alexandria, Michael, AnnaMaria, Vincenzo and James; and her great great grandchildren, Aiden and Dayna.
