She was predeceased by: her husband Serafino; and her siblings, Serafino Azzara, Josephine Giammanco, Maria LaDuca and Caterina De Fresco.
She is survived by: her son Frank (Patricia); her grandchildren, Tyler, Francesca and Nicholas; her great grandchild Narcisco; and her siblings, Giuseppe Azzara, Concetta De Fresco and Fortunata Pepe.
